We offer premium aerial services for all your needs.
To operate a drone for professional services, an operator must pass the rigorous Part 107 Remote Pilot Exam, under the Federal Aviation Administration. All Nebulonic Softworks operators are certified and carry a copy of their Remote Pilot license sUAS at all times.
Each flight carries unique requests and needs that may encompass certain risks. Rest assured, Nebulonic Softworks insures each flight and project from $1 million up to a maximum of $10 million.
All Remote Pilots are knowledgeable on all flight regulations and mandates. This includes all FAA legal restrictions and saftey concerns. Additionally, Nebulonic Softworks uses only the best equipment, with all drones equipped with 4K resolution cameras for premier image and video quality.
We are excited to offer any of our clients professional aerial services for most service and project requests.
Yep! Under current FCC regulations, to be a Remote Drone Pilot, the operator must have their Part 107 certification, which our operators carry with them, and can be inspected upon request. We also are insured, and carry a copy of our policy with us for the project.
Per FCC regulations, we do NOT fly over people or stadiums with people. Client must have authorization or prior authorized written approval for project. Additionally, we do not fly higher than 400 feet.
NOTE: We may issue further restrictions based on safety, scope, and complexity of project, as deemed appropriate.
Depending on the scope of the project, most final projects can be delivered within 24 - 72 Hrs. NOTE: Weddings may take up to 5 days for final delivery.
Definitely! We have an amazing combination of assets powered by Adobe Creative Cloud for most video project or image touch-ups. For larger projects, we have established relationships with Heartland Emmy award winning VFX/graphic editors in the heart of California!
Unfortunately at this time, we do not provide indoor work inside of houses.
Unfortuantely we DO NOT fly in rain, snow or winds over 15 mph.
NOTE: We reserve all rights to reschedule or cancel projects due to safety concerns in regards to inclement weather and other factors. Client will always be notified if there are delays or postponements.
We go out and perform the selected services and then request a deposit. (Deposit ranges depending on scope of work). From there, we will send you draft of the work to look over to make sure it is perfect, and satisfies what we call "final lock". Once you proof the project and approve final lock, then we get down to the financial business.
We do, but with advanced booking. For special events, such as weddings that may be booked on the weekend, we require 3 weeks advanced notice for booking.
